Installation method of dynamic torque sensor:

1. Measure the shaft diameter and center height of the sensor, ready to be installed. 2. Use two sets of couplings or flanges to install the sensor between the power equipment and the load. 3. Adjust the center height and coaxiality of the power equipment, load, and sensor separately to less than 0.01mm, and then fix them and tighten them reliably. No looseness is allowed. When using a small range or high speed sensor, it must be strictly guaranteed The center height and coaxiality of the connection. Otherwise it may cause measurement errors and damage to the sensor. 4. Rigid or elastic couplings can be used when connecting. When the vibration is large or the coaxiality cannot guarantee the installation requirements (greater than 0.05mm, less than 0.02mm), it is recommended to use flexible, elastic or universal joint couplings; And it is recommended to add a rubber pad of about 10mm between the sensor base and the support frame to reduce the damage to the sensor when the sensor is installed out of focus. 5. The power source and load equipment must be fixed and reliable to avoid vibration; the support base of the sensor must have a certain strength. In order to ensure the stability of the installation, avoid excessive vibration, otherwise it may cause unstable measurement data and affect measurement accuracy. 6. The coupling should be close to the shoulders at both ends of the sensor. The sensor is a precision measuring instrument. Severe impacts such as impacts and knocks are strictly prohibited during installation and use. 7. When using the sensor, it is recommended to install it horizontally. When installing at other angles, please install the sensor carefully not to allow excessive axial and or bending moments, otherwise it may affect the use of the sensor and even cause damage to the sensor.
