What are the reasons for the unstable signal output of the torque sensor

The torque sensor often encounters unstable signal output during use, but no problem is found when the sensor is returned to the manufacturer for testing. What is the reason? There are three main reasons for the unstable signal output of the torque sensor:

1. The torque sensor is not installed properly and the shafts are not parallel, which will cause the torque sensor signal output to be unstable, and the sensor is easy to be damaged when working in this state for a long time.

2. The power supply voltage is unstable. The torque sensor is generally powered by a dual voltage of ±15VDC, and it is also powered by 24V or other voltages. The unstable power supply voltage will also cause the sensor signal to be unstable.

3. There is interference from other machines next to the torque sensor. For example, if there is a frequency converter next to the torque sensor, it is easy to cause unstable signal output. The solution is to add a 1:1 isolation transformer before the power supply of the torque sensor.
